Time to fight crime without fear: Vidya Balan
Mumbai, Nov 8 : Actress Vidya Balan, who will be seen hosting a special episode of TV show "Savdhaan India", says it is time to stand up against crime without fear and battle it without any inhibitions.
The actress, known for her power-packed performances on the silver screen, will be hosting an episode of the Life OK show with tagline - "Darr ke nahi, datt ke"."'Savdhaan India' is the most popular show and a brand in itself which holds true to the objective of spreading awareness about crime in the country. My association with the show is special as I think it is a relevant concept with a message that us the call of the hour, ‘darr ke nahi datt ke'," Vidya said in a statement.
On the film front, the actress is busy promoting suspense thriller "Kahaani 2 : Durga Rani Singh".
Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, "Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh" also features Arjun Rampal. It will release on December 2.
