DND Flyway to remain toll free, CAG to audit accounts

New Delhi, Nov 11: The Delhi Noida Direct (DND) Flyway will remain free as the Supreme Court on Friday refused to grant any relief to the project concessionaire seeking the restoration of the toll collection.
A bench of Chief Justice T.S Thakur and Justice L.Nageswara Rao asked the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) to verify the total cost of the NOIDA toll project and whether the concessionaire toll collection company has recovered its cost as provided under the agreement.
The court has given the CAG four weeks to complete the audit.
