Ritika Singh plays a Pawan Kalyan fan in 'Guru'
Chennai, Nov 13: Kick boxer-turned-actress Ritika Singh plays a Pawan Kalyan fan in upcoming Telugu drama "Guru", a remake of R. Madhavan-starrer "Irudhi Suttru". The film is about the relationship between a protege and her washed-up boxing coach.
"In the original film, Ritika played a hardcore Dhanush fan. Whereas the Telugu version features her as a fan of Pawan Kalyan," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
Being directed by Sudha Kongara, "Guru" features Venkatesh in the role originally played by Madhavan.
Venkatesh has reportedly shed weight to play a boxing coach in the film, which has music by Santhosh Narayanan.
