Varane says he is very happy with Real Madrid coach Zidane
Paris, Nov 15 : French international Raphael Varane said he is very happy being under the command of his compatriot Zinedine Zidane, coach of Real Madrid Football Club.
The 23-year-old defender made his statements in an interview with French newspaper Le Figaro, as his national team will play a friendly against Cote d'Ivoire later on Tuesday, reports Efe.
Varane said he hopes to end his career at Real Madrid, although it is difficult to predict the changes in anyone's football career now.
The Real Madrid defender indicated that he dreams of being "world champion" with the French national team, although his goal in the short term is to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Varane praised Zidane and did not rule out that the Frenchman can lead the national team in the future.
