Suriya one of India's finest actors: Selvaraghavan

Chennai, Nov 18: Filmmaker Selvaraghavan and actor Suriya are teaming up for the first time for a yet-untitled Tamil project. Excited about the collaboration, the "Pudhupettai" director said Suriya is one among the finest actors in the country.
"Super excited about working with Suriya, one of the finest actors in India and Dream Warrior Pictures, a young and energetic team," Selvaraghavan, best known for films such as "Kadhal Kondein" and "Ayirathil Oruvan", wrote on his Twitter page.
The announcement came as a shocker to Suriya's fans as well as the filmmaker's followers as nobody anticipated the collaboration.
The project is expected to go on the floors next year as Suriya commences shoot of his next Tamil film, "Thaana Serntha Kootam", with director Vignesh Shivan from Friday.
Meanwhile, Suriya awaits the release of "S3', the third instalment in the "Singam" franchise.
