40 killed in China building collapse

Beijing, Nov 24: Forty people were killed when an under construction building collapsed in China on Thursday.
The accident occurred at about 7 a.m. in Jiangxi when the platform of a power plant's cooling tower collapsed, Xinhua news reported.
Total number of the workers involved in the accident remains unknown. Five injured workers were rushed to hospital. Rescue work was on.
