Vishnu Vishal to don khaki in his next
Chennai, Nov 24: Actor Vishnu Vishal will be seen playing a police officer in his next yet-untitled Tamil film, to be directed by "Mundasupatti" fame Ram Kumar. The project will go on the floors here on November 29.
"It's going to be a crime thriller and Vishal plays a powerful cop. Amala Paul has been roped in to play the leading lady and she fit the bill to play a homely character. It's the first time the duo is coming together," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
Excited about reuniting with director Ram Kumar, Vishnu said: "It's going to be a very interesting project. Although I can't divulge much information at this moment, I know for a fact that this film will stand out."
The film will be produced by Axess Film Factory, and will have music by Ghibran.
Meanwhile, Vishnu also said that his third production venture will be officially launched on November 29.
