Lok Sabha disrupted again
New Delhi, Dec 9: The Lok Sabha was disrupted again on Friday over the issue of demonetisation. The house witnessed two adjournments even before noon.
The house was first adjourned till 11.30 a.m. minute after it met on Friday as Opposition created ruckus once again.
The Opposition has been demanding a debate on the issue of demonetisation with voting.
At 11.30 a.m. when the house met again, the scene was the same.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar said the minority was keeping the majority away from discussion.
"This is not the way... when the majority wants to participate in a discussion, they are disrupting," Kumar said.
"They must apologise to the nation. They are wasting people's money," he said.
The Opposition's ruckus, however, only grew louder and Speaker Sumitra Mahajan adjourned the house till noon.
