Five UAE diplomats die in Afghan attack

Kabul, Jan 11: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Wednesday said five of its diplomats were killed in an attack in Kandahar city in Afghanistan.
A statement from the UAE Foreign Ministry said they were targeted while on a mission regarding development, humanitarian and educational projects in Afghanistan, Efe news agency reported.
