Modi extends greetings on World Radio Day
New Delhi, Feb 13: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday extended his greetings on World Radio Day.
"Greetings on World Radio Day. I congratulate all radio lovers and those who work in the radio industry and keep the medium active and vibrant," he tweeted.
"Radio is a wonderful way to interact, learn and communicate. My own 'Mann Ki Baat' experience has connected me with people across India," he added.
He also shared the link to all his radio programmes.
World Radio Day is celebrated on February 13 every year, to celebrate radio as the medium for entertainment and information and the mode for communication.
