Two killed as bomb hits Afghan military base

Kabul, March 17: Two people were killed and seven others injured on Friday when a car bomb hit a military base in Afghanistan's Khost province, an army official said.
"The car bomb was detonated next to the base in Sabari district," the official told Xinhua news agency. The victims comprised a soldier and the attacker himself.
