Kejriwal says many EVMs 'malfunctioning'

New Delhi, April 23 Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said reports of EVM malfunctioning were coming from all over the capital during municipal elections.

The Aam Aadmi Party leader also tweeted that people with voter slips were not being allowed to vote. "What is the SEC doing?"

 Polling to pick three new Delhi Municipal Corporations ended here on Sunday evening.

Over 42 per cent turnout was recorded till 4 p.m. and the final figure was being calculated, an Election Commission official told IANS, after the voting ended at 5.30 p.m.
