First Test: India consolidiate as Lanka hit back
Galle, July 27: India consolidated their advantage by posting 503/7 in their first innings at lunch on the second day of the opening Test against Sri Lanka here on Thursday.
The Lankan bowlers however, hit back with pacer Nuwan Pradeep returning figures of 5/25.
At the break, Hardik Pandya was batting on four with Ravindra Jadeja unbeaten on eight at the other end.
