10 Taliban militants killed in Afghanistan
Kabul, Aug 7: Ten Taliban militants were killed and seven others injured in airstrikes in Afghanistan's Faryab province, police said on Monday.
The strikes were conducted by Afghan security forces in Ghormach and Khawja Sabzposh districts on Sunday night, a senior police official told Xinhua news agency.
"However, there were no civilian casualties or injuries," he said.
Two militant bunkers were destroyed in the strikes.
