Sonia, Rahul greet nation on Diwali

New Delhi, Oct 19: Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday greeted the nation on the occasion of Diwali.
"The Diwali festival represents the journey from darkness to light and I wish that the light of this festival brings happiness, peace and prosperity in everyone's lives," the Congress President said in a statement.
She also hoped that the festival will fill everyone's lives with love, brotherhood and harmony.
The Congress Vice President tweeted: "Wishing everyone a very Happy Diwali. May this festival bring happiness to all."
Diwali, the festival of lights is one of the most popular Hindu festivals in India
