Infosys net up in Q2 in dollar and rupee terms
Bengaluru, Oct 24: Infosys Ltd on Tuesday reported Rs 3,726 crore net profit for the second quarter (Q2) of fiscal 2017-18, registering 3.4 per cent yearly and 7 per cent quarterly growth in rupee terms.
In dollar terms too, net income for the quarter (Q2) under review at $578 million was up 7.3 per cent yearly and 7 per cent quarterly.
In a regulatory filing on the BSE, the global software major said consolidated revenue for Q2 at Rs 17,567 crore was up 1.5 per cent yearly and 2.9 per cent quarterly.
In dollar terms, under the International Financial Reporting Standard, gross income at $2,728 million was up 5.4 per cent yearly and 2.9 per cent quarterly.
