'Mulk' actor compares sports to meditation
Mumbai, May 21: Actor Ashrut Jain, who will feature in the forthcoming film "Mulk", says playing sports regularly is like meditating for him.
"Playing sports regularly is like meditation. It keeps me fit and also helps me to concentrate and focus on my creative and acting skills," Ashrut said in a statement.
On the work front, the "Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela" actor is excited to be part of "Mulk".
"It feels great to share screen space with actors like Neena Guptaji and Taapsee Pannu. They are really talented and beautiful people. There is so much to learn from them," he said.
He is currently shooting for Shree Narayan Singh's "Batti Gul Meter Chalu".
"This year has been a blessing for me," he said.
