Honorable Minister shri Vijay Sampla ji at a public Reception in Long Island New York

Indian American Communitiy of Long Island , New York hosted Grand Reception for Shri Vijay Sampla Honorable Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment .
In his opening remarks Mr Jagdish Sewhani ,
President , The American India Public Affairs Committee thanked the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the Historic Ordinance on Women’s Safety. Mr Sewhani welcomed the death Penalty for rape of any girl below 12 years and increasing the punishment to 20 years if a girl below 16 years is Violated.
Mr Sewhani further said that Modi Government is Committed to women safety and it’s heartening to see that government harshad swiftly introduced strict laws.

The proposed Ordinance sets a time-limit of two months for investigation and trial in rape cases to be completed and prescribes a time limit of six months for disposal of appeals in rape cases.
Jagdish Sewhani also congratulated the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for ordinance to confiscate properties of fugitive economic offenders.
The ordinance aims to deter economic offenders like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi from evading the process of Indian law.
Introducing Mr Vijay Sampla , Mf Jagdish Sewhani said that Mf Sampla ji is a person who Believes in getting things done.He stared his journey as a Plumber in Saudi Arabia and with his hard work, honesty and integrity today he is the Minister in Modiji’s Government.

In his remarks Mr Vijay Sampla the Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment informed the
Indian American Communitiy about achievement of NDA Government under the charismatic leadership of Shri Narendrabhai Modi.
Mr Sampla said that Mr Modi does things not for political gains but what is good for common man and weaker section of Socity.
Mr Sampla specifically discussed about how demonetization and GST is good for Indian Economy.He further said that Indian Economy is the fastest growing economy in the World.
Discussing about foreign policy Mr Sampla Said that under Modiji’s Leadership India had a strong foreign policy .
He urged NRI Communitiy to come and visit India
