Houston Prepares for Major South Asian Pentecostal Gathering

Houston, TX – June 23 :
Houston is gearing up for the largest Pentecostal conference in the South Asian community in North America, set to begin on July 4th. This four-day evangelical grand conference, which will see thousands of participants, is in its final stages of preparation. The event aims to foster spiritual growth and strengthen fellowship, bringing together believers redeemed by the blood of Christ from various organizational backgrounds.

The National Conference will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston from July 4th to 7th, 2024. This community, established by the sacrificial efforts of forefathers who migrated from Malankara to America, is entering its fourth decade. The conference highlights God's grace and the unity of His children, crucial elements generously bestowed upon the community.

Attendees will have the opportunity to experience unique divine encounters, maintain unwavering faith in Jesus Christ, and uphold 100% fidelity to divine principles. Over five thousand believers and ministers from various parts of the world are expected to attend, setting an example for society and churches. The event offers opportunities to worship the true God, experience Pentecostal revival, celebrate fellowship, break bread, and renew bonds.

The theme of the conference is "Bear fruits worthy of repentance" (Luke 3:8). Renowned global evangelist Pastor Vlad Savchuk, Dr. Julius Suubi, Dr. Tim Hill, Andres Bisonni, and well-known figures among the Christian Keralites like Pastor Faith Blesson, Pastor Justin Samuel, and Dr. Angel Elsa Varghese from the U.K. will be the main speakers.



Key organizers include Pastor Finny Alumoottil (National Convener), Raju Ponnolil (National Secretary), Biju Thomas (National Treasurer), Robin Raju (Youth Coordinator), and Ancy Santhosh (Ladies Coordinator). The national choir, led by blessed singer K.B. Immanuel, will feature in all sections. Worship team arrangements are handled by Eben Alex, Ipe Isaac, Saby Koshi, and Abi Abraham.



The organizing committee, including Tiju Thomas, Pastor Sunny Thazhampallam, Sajimon George, George Ninan, Joshin Daniel, Jobin Johnson, Thomas Varghese, Joseph Kurien, Tom Kurian, Pastor P.V. Mammen, P.K. Thomas, and Biju Nainan, is working tirelessly to ensure flawless arrangements for various programs and accommodation.

Officials anticipate a massive turnout with the participation of believers and ministers, making this grand conference a significant success. Special meetings are organized for women, youth, and children. Free transportation is arranged for those arriving at Houston IAH and Houston Hobby Airports to safely reach the conference center, along with free parking for those arriving by car.
