Tucker Carlson Claims Prominent Democrats Say 'Biden is Done'

July 2 :
According to Tucker Carlson, a former Fox News personality, numerous high-profile Democrats have said that US President Joe Biden is "brain-damaged" and that they will soon remove him from the race for president. This happened on July 2 in Washington, DC.Additionally, Carlson used his X platform to accuse Barack Obama of being "disingenuous" in his backing of Joe Biden and to reveal that Obama has been secretly informing Democrats that Biden "can't win."

In the aftermath of the CNN debate between Biden and Trump, Obama had publicly backed Biden and admitted that "bad debate nights happen". As for the Republican presidential contender, Tucker noted that former US President Donald Trump is now essentially the presumptive president. To avoid "destroying the system," he said, Trump's imprisonment "had better be for a serious crime" that everyone acknowledges he did.

Carlson wrote, "Biden is done" in his X post. Insist on it. His neurological deterioration has been suggested by too many prominent Democrats. That is too far to go back. They will eliminate him because they have to. When exactly is still up in the air. Assuming they are intelligent, they will act swiftly. It would be more prudent for Kamala to serve as president before being nominated.

The remaining issue is Trump's sentencing on July 11. This was always a dangerous time, but Biden's collapse has made it much worse. Trump has now assumed the role of presumed president in addition to that of Republican contender. He needs to have done a particularly heinous crime that everyone acknowledges if he is to spend time behind bars. Unless you want to ruin the system for good, there's no way around it. There is a real threat to our safety. He went on to say that Democrats should back down.

His remarks follow a contentious debate between Trump and Biden, which aired live on CNN, just days before. The nightlong event highlighted the obvious age gap between the current US president, 81 years old, and his 78-year-old opponent, Joe Biden. Biden's voice range was noticeably reduced, and he had trouble expressing distinct contrasts from Trump at points.

According to Voice of America (VOA), prominent US Democratic leaders have strongly supported Biden, denying the idea that he should abandon his 2024 bid for a second four-year term in office as a result of his clumsy and unfocused performance in last week's debate against Trump.

In the nationally broadcasted 90-minute debate, Biden's Democratic supporters quickly pointed out his flaws, including his inability to finish sentences and his false claim that he had abolished Medicare, the federal health insurance program for the elderly. Biden is 81 years old.
Carlson, a former Fox News TV personality, pointed out that Biden and Obama's relationship has never been cordial. The relationship between the two families has worsened even further, he claims, "mostly due to Jill Biden."

Carlson wrote, "From an unusually good source: Obama's tweet supporting Joe Biden was disingenuous." X published this statement. Obama has been quietly expressing his support for an open convention and his belief that Biden will lose to Clinton. Obama has been tight-lipped about his supporter and has not yet met with Biden in person to give the word (as of yesterday afternoon). The Obamas and Bidens' relationship has always been chilly. On occasion, they have been aggressive.

Jill Biden is mostly to blame for their recent worsening, though. She isolated her husband from anyone who could have persuaded him to withdraw from the debate in the hours and days after it. Even if other relatives (such as Biden's sister Val) thought her husband was too sick to seek for reelection in 2020, Jill Biden is once again the campaign manager for her husband. In particular, Gretchen Whitmer, who is actively campaigning, is attracting the attention of the next crop of Democratic hopefuls, who see this as a golden opportunity, he said.

Obama wrote on X, "Bad debate nights happen," to show her support for Biden. Believe me, I am aware. Still, voters must decide between a self-serving candidate and one who has spent his entire life fighting for the rights of regular people. Choose between an honest politician who will tell it like it is and who knows what's right and wrong and will tell the American people the truth, and a criminal who will lie for his personal gain. Nothing changed last night, and that is why November is going to be so pivotal.

An updated CBS-YouGov survey found that 72 percent of Americans do not believe Biden possesses the "mental and cognitive health to serve as president," a result that was seven percentage points lower than three weeks ago, as reported by VOA. But national polls suggest that Biden and Trump are still neck and neck.

Although some rank-and-file Democrats and editorials in The New York Times and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution suggested that he step aside for a younger contender, the prominent Democratic officials firmly opposed the idea.
Following his discussion with Trump, a number of Democrats—including Maryland Governor Wes Moore, US Representative Jim Clyburn, and Georgia Senator Raphael Warnock—expressed their support for Biden.

According to Jim Clyburn, who appeared on CNN's "State of the Union" broadcast, Joe Biden will have no trouble continuing to lead for the next four years after a stellar performance throughout the past three and a half. "Past performance is the best predictor of future behaviour," I say time and time again.

Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) said on NBC's "Meet the Press": "Oh, absolutely not.". "Debate disasters do occur. Is there anyone else for whom Donald Trump has ever shown up but himself and those like him? Along with Joe Biden, it is our mission to ensure that he successfully completes the race by November. Wes Moore, appearing on CBS News' "Face the Nation," stated that "the president had a difficult night just like every single one of us do"; however, he emphasized that this should not disqualify him from the November 5 election."Joe Biden is not going to take himself out of this race, nor should he."

When Biden's defense of his record on border security faltered, Trump sharply retorted, saying, "I really don’t know what he said at the end of that sentence." This occurred during a difficult point during the debate. I also doubt he understands the gravity of his words. In 2020, Trump continued his accusations about election fraud, continuing his pattern of denial. However, in 2024, he stated that he would accept the results of the election if they were considered "fair and legal."

Biden hit back at Trump, accusing him of being a whiner and bringing up his previous electoral defeat, as reported by CNN. Contentious topics including abortion, immigration, foreign policy, and inflation were discussed during this historic debate, which was the first of its kind between a current president and a past president.
