UAE President and US National Security Advisor Hold Phone Discussion on Bilateral Ties and Regional Matters

During a phone conversation, President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan spoke about the strategic partnership between the UAE and the US and how to enhance it in different areas, including development.
In view of the results of His Highness's recent historic visit to the US and the UAE's classification as a "Major Defence Partner" of the US, they reaffirmed their shared intent to increasing collaboration in AI.
Several regional and international matters of mutual concern were also discussed during the phone discussion, with a spotlight on the most recent events in the Middle East, namely the situations in Lebanon and Gaza.
Political solutions to the challenges in the region and the prevention of further conflict escalation were emphasized. The significance of maintaining immediate humanitarian assistance to Sudan, Lebanon, and Gaza was again emphasized.
