Women understand cricket a lot now: Sushmita

Mumbai, Jan 15: Actress and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen believes that women also understand cricket nowadays.
She will soon fly to UAE to attend Masters Champions League, a Twenty20 tournament, to cheer for Capricorn Commanders team."I am very excited. I have never seen a cricket match live except for our very own IPL matches. To watch epic batsmen, bowlers and fielders on the field will be very interesting to watch," said Sushmita.
"I would define T20 as an instant gratification. The players have to get going from the first ball... hence, makes the game very exciting. Also, there will be an enormous crowd that will be brought in to support, and most of them will be women. Women understand cricket a lot these days," she added.
