GOPIO Chicago to Host 2nd Annual Business Convention & Gala on November 13th 2016

Chicago IL: Chicago Chapter of Global Organization for People of India Origin (GOPIO) is all set to host 2nd Annual Business Convention & Gala on November 13th 2016 at Oak Brook Marriott Hotel, 1401 west 22nd street, OAK, Brook, IL 50423 at 5:30 PM. Several hundreds of people from Chicago and the suburbs are expected to attend the event.

 

Gladson Varghese, President, GOPIO-Chicago, while addressing a press conference in Chicago on November 3rd 2016, said that GOPIO is one of the largest Indian organizations outside India with Chapters in over 20 countries. 'Indians are highly visible in political and business landscapes and several Indian- Americans hold key positions in Fortune 500 Companies and own large Businesses. Because of their affluence and economic power, Indian-Americans are a natural marketing target for many Organizations and businesses', Varghese added.

 

Hina Trivedi and Savi Singh said: 'The Business Conference, Award Ceremony, and the Annual Gala with colorful entertainments, will be an important hallmarks of the event.

 

Vikrant Singh and Joe Nedumgottil said that several high profile U.S. Political Leaders, including Congressmen, U.S Senator, State Senators, State Representatives, Consul General of India, etc. will be attending this event.

 

Ashfaq Syed, Board Member & Media Relations stated that several Indian community leaders, cultural organizations, and business leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, are coming forward to support the event.

 

Hement Trivedi, Sharan Walia and Krishna Bansal said that the event will be a powerful platform for business community around Chicago to promote its interests and aspirations. GOPIO board members urged all business leaders to attend the Business Convention and make it success.

 

Ram Saini, Vinoz Chanamolu and Girish Kapur said, Award's will be presented in the following Category, Business Man of the Year, and Community Leader of the Year and Student leader of the year. Ninan Thomas, Nambi Vaithilingam will organize the Bollywood style entertainment programs including Dances, Music and DJ. At the end of the program, Indian style Dinner and cocktails will be served.
